Bethlehem Mayor John Callahan Hosts Press Conference for Announcement of Steelworkers' Archives Historic and Cultural Festival, May 5, 4 pm at the Ice House, Bethlehem
Actor Stan Frantz will perform a brief excerpt from his father Robert's play about life "down the Steel," The 28 Inch Mill, at the conclusion of the conference and will be available afterwards for additional interviews, photos, etc.
The play will open at the Icehouse on June 11 as one of the highlights of the Steelworkers' Archive Festival. Performances of the one man show will continue until July 11 on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Tickets are $15, no reserved seating.On July 4th, 2 pm, there will be a Special Performance at which all Steelworkers and Veterans will be admitted for $5
